About the Luxury Childcare Association
The Luxury Childcare Association (“LCA”) is a platform that connects families with luxury hotels and resorts that meet recognised childcare standards and offers access to exclusive family benefits through the LCA Family Membership.
LCA is not a travel agency, tour operator, hotel operator, or accommodation provider. Any booking, reservation, or agreement entered into with a hotel is made directly between the family and the hotel.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Website, including the LCA Family Membership, users must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information;
- Maintain the security of your account credentials;
- Keep your account information up to date;
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

LCA Family Membership

Any agreement, reservation, payment, or dispute relating to a hotel stay is strictly between the family and the hotel concerned.
Hotel Information

However, hotels remain responsible for the information they provide, and we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or current.
Intellectual Property
